Experience deep nature connection on this half-day retreat with Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Nadine Mazzola. Peel the layers of stress away and support healing by experiencing the medicine of the forest. We’ll do a series of relaxing and engaging activities to engage our senses, deepen nature connection hone intuition and connect with the natural world around us. The walk will still be on if it’s raining, unless it is a really big downpour or violent storm. If it is raining it’s important to have a waterproof shell including pants, and many people bring umbrellas also. Rain often enhances sensory experience and makes for some of our most memorable walks.
